CSG FAQ

Q: What do I do if I forget my account password?

Most CS users authenticate using their IU Network ID password. If you have forgotten your IU Network ID password please see the UITS KB Article explaining what to do.

In some cases, you may have a local CS password. This may be the case for certain guest accounts who don't also have an IU account and for some users whose accounts were created before we went to using IU Network ID authentication. If this is the case for you, please bring a valid picture ID to Lindley Hall 430D or 430F to get it changed.

If it is not possible for you to come to Lindley Hall, please call the accounts administrator at (812) 855-6385 for assistance. You can email the accounts administrator at accounts-admin with any questions you may have.
