TRAP #15 Description and Source Code

Each of the LH035 systems has a TRAP #15 handler built into the ROM monitor. This handler is setup to provide some basic terminal I/O functions. Capabilities to enable/disable the caches and to enable/disable the timer have also been added. The header in the source code describes the different capabilities of the TRAP handler.
