• The CSG Homepage contains a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) Database and hardware, software and networking information as well as a help section.

• Using Unix at IU gives introductory Unix information with an emphasis is on the local computing environment. (PDF Version, PostScript Version suitable for printing.)

• The Sun Answerbook provides a searchable collection of documents from Sun. This is only accessible from machines within the CS department.

• The UITS Knowledge Base is a searchable database containing answers to hundreds of computing questions.

• University Information Technology Service (UITS) provides links to various UITS help facilities.

• Information Technology Security Office provides security services, tools, and incident reporting.
