Scholarship Information
Student scholarships are available from the following schools.
Follow the application instructions for your school.
- BUTLER UNIVERSITY, DEPAUW UNIVERSITY and ROSE-HULMAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY:
All students wishing to attend
InWIC will automatically be charged the lowest rate.
Do not enter a scholarship code.
- INDIANA UNIVERSITY:
Students in the School of Informatics and Department of
Computer Science are eligible.
Interested students
should write to Professor Beth Plale (email) by January
16, 2006 and request to be considered for a scholarship. Include a
brief description of what you hope to get out of the experience. If
you've submitted a poster
proposal or a lightning talk
proposal, then please paste the description in your
message.
Several scholarships are reserved
specifically for freshmen and
sophomore undergraduate students who are just embarking on a technology
major in Informatics or CS. These students are strongly encouraged
to apply for a scholarship. Please
provide the name and email address of one professor who you've
had in an Informatics or CS course that you've taken and liked.
- PURDUE UNIVERSITY: Ten scholarships are available
to students in the Department of Computer Science. Interested CS
students should write to Renate Mallus

by January 16, 2006 and request to be considered for a scholarship. If
you've submitted a poster
proposal or a lightning talk
proposal, then please paste the description in your message.
Scholarship recipients will be notified on or before January 18, 2006.
Other schools interested in establishing student scholarships should
