Welcome to my "hyplan"! I've lately had enough forms/people ask me if I had one of these that I felt sufficiently compelled to create one. I found it interesting that the word "hyplan" is still being used here, so for the curious, here's an explanation.

Teaching

I am currently teaching B401 this spring. My office hours are 2:30-4:30pm Mondays and 1:00-3:00pm Tuesdays.

Research

I am currently working with the Center for Data and Search Informatics.

About Me

I'm a 4th year PhD student in Computer Science. My current research focuses on complex case representations for Case Based Reasoning with applications into eScience.

I graduated with a BS in Mathematics and Computer and Information Science from Ohio State University in the summer of 2003. In the meantime before coming to IU, I worked for eSchool Consultants, where, among other things, I helped integrate their use of Moodle, an open-source learning management system. I've also worked on Moodle as part of a Google Summer of Code project.
