Computing Outreach in INdiana (COIN) Workshop
The Computing Outreach in Indiana (COIN) Workshop is a 1 day workshop at Indiana University - Bloomington on April 8, 2006 from 10am
- 5pm that discusses how to create and maintain an outreach presentation similar to WIC@IU's Just Be
presentation.
In addition, participants will have time to work with people from their school to create an outreach presentation for
their department. Just Be presenters will be available to give feedback on the participants' presentations. Our goal is to ensure every
K-12 student in Indiana knows how exciting fields in computing can be and that not everyone fits the common "geek" stereotype.
With your
participation in this workshop, we can make this dream a reality. Please
register for the workshop before Friday April 7, 2006. Register
here.
