Please accomplish the following tasks:

Part One (40 points)

• Design a database (call it Practical) to hold the data for such a circumstance (tables, columns, keys), then populate your tables with the data above. Please include the judges pictures (as in the sample practical). Don't worry about the performers' pictures, we don't have them, and they are not needed for this practical.

Create the following queries:

• List nominees with at least three votes (ratings).

  (Only Steve Martin has three votes)

• List all the nominees.

• List all nominees sorted by their average rating (descending).

  (Streissand is first with an average of 7.5 and Will Ferrell comes last with an average of 4.5)

Part Three (10 points)

Create a form entitled Performers by Judges which contains

• for every judge information about a judge (name or username and the picture at least) and

• a subform that contains the performers that that judge has rated, with the grades.

Part Four (10 points)

Create a report in which you list the performers. For each performer

• the report should include all the grades the performer has received,

• (each grade listed next to the name of the judge who has assigned that grade)

• together with the overall average rating for the performer.

Challenge (10 points)

• List nominees that did not receive any votes (ratings).

Please make sure your database fits on a floppy disk.

Also,

• turn the disk in at the end of the exam to your lab coordinator, and
• make sure the disk is readable before you turn it in.
