• At this time there are about 12 people waiting for authorization to add P545. I will not be able to add that many. I will authorize as many people as resources allow, but you will not be able to officially add this class until after Saturday, September 3:
  1. Please copy this questionaire [TXT], fill it out, and send it to sjohnson@cs.indiana.edu.
  2. Before the second class meets on Wednesday, I will notify you if you will be authorized to enroll in P545
  3. After Saturday, September 3 you will need to add P545 (even if you are already on the wait-list).
  4. Your request to add P545 will be routed to me for approval before it can be finalized. You should receive a notification when that takes place
I am told that adding this class after September 3 will result in a "late fee" of $8.50. I'm sorry but it can't be helped. I'll try to make it up to you (e.g. by bringing hand warmers to test sessions in late November).

If you are on the wait list and decide not to take P545 please let me know.

• IMPORTANT NOTICE: P545 has reached its enrollment limit and there is a wait list. In a lab course of this kind there are significant capacity limitations beyond mere classroom seating. I have decided to defer raising the enrollment limit until the drop-and-add period during the first week of classes. By that time I will have a more complete picture of the enrollment situation.

If you wish to participate in P545 but were unable to enroll during the regular registration period, you should attend the lectures on Monday and Wednesday next week (9:30 MW LH035).

I will meet with you during or after class to resolve enrollment issues.
