You must have already registered for MyITLab [redeemed your MyITLab Acess Code and established a Login Name and Password] before using this Mac solution. If you have not done so, please go back to www.myitlab.com to register and establish your account.
The MyITLab Mac solution uses a remote desktop client to run MyITLab in a virtual Windows environment. To use this method of connecting to myITlab, you will need to install a remote desktop client (one time only). Thereafter, you will only need to open the remote desktop connection each time you access MyITLab to perform pre- and post-test study plans.
