I got back to running again today. Ran a (kind of slow) mile before lifting, and half a mile after. I also did squats, though I was pretty much consistently lifting 90 lbs less than Ben (I got up to 135).
My legs feel like putty about now. But it's a good feeling.
Oh, and I am at least 6.28 times smoother than White Ninja.
