more running

Ran from home to Lindley Hall by way of Woodlawn yesterday.. that's about 1.9 - 2 miles. Did it in something like 18-20 minutes, though I haven't worked it out exactly. Then I biked about 6 miles. My knee hurts a little today, but I think that's from the biking. I think I'll try working my way up to running to lindley hall and then back home - that should be close to 4 miles. I guess you have to run for half an hour or so to really raise your cardiovascular fitness, so that distance should easily keep me above half an hour.
