power packed

I was able to do 5 sets of lunges today, the first time I've done lunges since I hurt my knee. I can tell my right leg is a ton weaker but overall it felt good. With any luck I won't be able to walk tomorrow - that's how I'll know I really did some good.

Gotta stick to the isolation exercises until my legs are vaguely the same size again.. then I can start the fun stuff, like squats.

super strength

I saw a fox crossing the road on my way home last night. Red fur, bushy tail and everything. He was pretty small, but I guess foxes are small animals.

Kind of cool. I've never seen a fox in real life before, unless it was at a zoo and I just don't remember. Do they have foxes at zoos?

Tomorrow I'm taking off to Florida. The plane leaves at 7, so I have to get up at around 4. Ugh.

I got back to running again today. Ran a (kind of slow) mile before lifting, and half a mile after. I also did squats, though I was pretty much consistently lifting 90 lbs less than Ben (I got up to 135).

My legs feel like putty about now. But it's a good feeling.

Oh, and I am at least 6.28 times smoother than White Ninja.

shattering world records

I broke the 190 barrier today, tipping the scales at a power-filled 191 lbs. I have mixed feelings about this, seeing as I was 180 about two months ago, and I'm not lifting a ton more now than I was then, just a little more.

I was back under 190 by the time I left the gym though.. but then I had a huge dinner.
