I was able to do 5 sets of lunges today, the first time I've done lunges since I hurt my knee. I can tell my right leg is a ton weaker but overall it felt good. With any luck I won't be able to walk tomorrow - that's how I'll know I really did some good.
Gotta stick to the isolation exercises until my legs are vaguely the same size again.. then I can start the fun stuff, like squats.
