Around 12:30 this evening I felt like running. I ran from my apartment to the HPER building with only two stops. One was when the cops stopped me (apparantly cars had been broken into nearby) - they basically just asked me to report anything suspicious. That was shortly after I started, too, so it doesn't count. The second stop was only a little later, at Bryan Park, to stretch a little after I was warmed up. After that I didn't stop till I got to HPER.
Total distance probably around 2.5 miles. Then I ran about half of the way back.
Knees are feeling pretty good. Hopefully this is the beginning of my comeback.
