I have supported the Macintosh platform since 1986, and since coming to Computer Sicence in 1988, I have supported about three dozen Macintoshes every year, from servers to PowerBooks, all being used in a wide variety of ways. All machines are fully connected through Ethernet, either hardwired or wireless, and as such have full use of all networked services.

I also do all of the workstation administration for the Macintoshes in the A110/A111 labs, the A201/A202 labs, and various office Macs and user PowerBooks. This includes all hardware and software installation, configuration, upgrades, and trouble shooting.
