This workshop is to help high school teachers of AP computer science in the midwest learn object-oriented programming and Java. Other objectives include:

Central Indiana Celebration of Women in Computing (CICWIC)

The conference will bring together students and faculty from Butler University, DePauw University, Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, Indiana University, and Purdue University together with industry leaders for a regional gathering to focus on issues of women in computing. The goal of the conference is to provide a low cost, regionally tailored supplement to the nationally known Grace Hopper Celebration of Women in Computing conference.
